UTI or PID??

Thank you for the opportunity to share my story and concerns.
I am a 30 yr. old female. For decade, have suffered from constant need to urinate at least 15 times a day, also get up 4 or more times a night to urinate. Also, once a month for 2-3 days I get UTI syptoms (symptoms), pain w/urination, pain in lower abdomen during intercourse, sometime itching, sometimes even after I urinate it still feels like I need to go, and nothing will come out.
I went to clinic recently, said I had bladder infection, and go to Urologist, poss. IC. I had an abortion at 17(regret daily). Immediately after abortion I had intense pain, bleeding, and my insides felt like they were literally exploding, I felt/heard popping sounds in my belly. I sadly did not get this checked out. about 8 or 9 times. I immediately tried to get pregnant stupid, selfish choice to fill the pain, we tried for a year and never got pregnant.
For the last 13 years I have had unprotected sex and never once got pregnant, never using any birth control.destructive. Never got pregnant. at 27 for ALL STD'S, Negative.I truly appreciate andy helpful comments.

UTI like symptoms are often from bladder infections. However, the symptoms of urgency, frequency and dysuria (pain with urinarion), can sometimes associated with myofascial issues, like muscle trigger point pain. Be sure to get the UTI ruled out, as well as a full gynecologic and bladder workup. If these are negative for serious medical problems, then please locate a licensed pelvic floor physical therapist and have them evaluate your pelvic floor for active trigger points. These can often be cured with directed pelvic floor physical therapy.

Thank you Dr. I recently went to Planned Parenthood clinic, since i do not currently have medical insurance and they did a urine test, they were able to tell me immediately that I had a bladder infection. They prescribed antibiotics. It cleared up immediately.
Does this mean I just keep getting bladder infections monthly or is it another underlying issue. They mentioned that I should go to a Urologist, for possible IC.
I can't afford to see a urologist at this moment. I am looking into health care plans.  Do my syptoms (symptoms) sound like IC. Interstitial Cystitis, is that right?
Also if I think I may have PID, does that fall under urogynecology. I am so afraid I have or hve had in the past PID, that has caused my repro. organs permanent damage.
Does PID stay in your system once you have it until it is treated? Or can it go away on it's own??
Sorry for all the questions I am just so desperate, and worried.
Please any help is extremely appreciated,
Jessika
