i feel like i need to pee but i dont have to!!!

Hi doctor/s!
I am a 16 year old female and i am currently suffering from something i find very wierd...I constantly feel the need to pee but when i try to i can only pee a little or not at all...my clitoris is also more sensitive then it used to be and i am newly sexualy active...im not sure if that matters...there is a slight itching as well...any thoughts towards this?

Get checked for sexually transmitted diseases, and also for a bladder infection with a urine culture. THis can usually be done by a gynecologist.

i need help too!! please ! ive been sexualy active with my bf for like 3 years , but i wanted to wait for "it" till we gt maried, erm, bou2 mnths ago we had abit like he entered for a second, after that we havent really apart 4m his erm.. fngerz.. feel flipin embarrased to say it, but now, ive wanted to peee so desperately, squeezing my legs together, but when i get to the toilet its like 2 ,3 drops and thats it, with a drop of blood....erm, im meant to menstruate ryt nw too, i went to toilet like 5 mins ago, n feel i need to go again ryt nw! its tiring. bee goig on for like 2 days. i had my priod once fully after he penerated me like a sec, so it cnt be that i myt b pregnant? he dint ejaculate in me or owt,... what about precum> like a drop of it, ive gt a DOUBT that there must have been abit of that....
so am i pregnant..? if i leave this pee urge untreated hwat can be the effects? i cant tell this to a  family doctor coz i dnt want my fam to know bout him yet... theyll kill me.. if u get what i mean.. is there anywhere i can go n get ma self sumat? or anything over the counter? please diagnose the problem... please! thanku
