have your doctor or nurse check a 'post void residual' to test how well your bladder is emptying. If you are emptying well, this may be a pelvic muscle issue. If you are retaining lots of urine, then you will need to stt a bladder specialist.

Many women at some point after having a hysterectomy will experience this.  Since the uterus has been removed, the bladder or bowel will prolapse over onto other areas, usually the vagina.  The only correction is surgery.  Consider this carefully beforehand and be sure that you have reached the necessary point.  Sexual intercourse or sexual function can be affected from surgery.  You can also try pressing in and leaning toward different directions while urinating to see if flow is affected.   Hope this helps!
