Hi there,
Same here, been examed and tested many times. Saw a trained urogyecologist, because I was convinced I had some sort of prolapse causing this pain. Nothing is wrong, but the conclusion is I have some muscle trigger points - which is like having a charlie horse in your vagina. Mine was so bad I was put on percription pain meds, until I can get into physical therapy in June. From what I understand they should be able to break them up and offer me some relief. If not, then there is a injection they can do into the muscle that might work. I had a baby in Nov. and he was 10.5 lbs - I'm guessing this is what caused this. But it did take a long time to get diagnoised. The doc also said to massage the muscle inside my vagina twice a day, and it has helped A LOT! Good luck!
Lilely pelvic muscle trigger points. Locate a qualified pelvic floor physical therapist, who can identify pelvic floor trigger points. If you have the, they can release these for you, and possibly cure your symptoms. Painkillers just mask the pain, and do not cure the real problem.
