groin pain
59 year old male, prostate cancer two years ago, radical prostastectomy, current psa at or near zero,
mostly fine except groin pain (dull ache)  when doing leg exercises and testosterone level is 170 in spite of daily testim, (hit a high of over 300 at one point) plus other deficits in sexual function,

what are the odds of autoimmune response to the vasectomy causing these issues and are any treatments available ?
