20 year old worried

This post will be a big lost but please read! Cause I need advice.

For about 2 months I noticed that my right testicle was getting large, much larger then my left one, but my left one is much smaller, almost as if it shrunk. Last month I went to the ER and had a sonogram done. It turns out I had a hydrocele. About two weeks after that I saw a urologist who said I had that and epditimitis (sp?) and put me on levequin for 10 days. For insurance reasons there was a 2 week period I couldnt take it and I am currently on it now and almost done. I see really no difference and am still experericing MINOR pain and throbbing in my right one and my lower back is always achy, tho idk if that has anything to do with it.

So idk were to go from here, could the two week period that I wasnt on the meds have anything to do with it? Does this just take time? Am I just panicing?

Hi, I have had epididimitis several times and was on IV antibiotics to clear it up. It usually would take up to about a month or longer before things returned to normal.
It does take time but if in doubt get checked to see if the infection is under control.

I eventually had a vasectomy that put an end to this, however that is not allways the option.

All the best.
