Sick for a month, initial discoloratiom of semen, and now my testicles are swollen?

A month ago or over a month ago me and all of my friends caught really crappy bug. I typically never get sick but this one was big. All of my coworkers got it too. It consisted of like a really bad 24 hours including fevers, energy loss, joint pain, sniffling, and slight coughing. After like a day or two I was feeling a lot better. Still had a cough for like a week but I smoke so I took it as a result. Like 2 days before I started feeling sick, my *** started looking yellowish brown. Even this went away after a week or two. All of my friends and coworkers seem to have fully recovered from being sick and I generally have a strong immune system.

Well I haven't felt sick the last 2 weeks but I havent felt completely okay. I still find it really hard to wake up, I have significantly lowered energy levels which I fix with caffeine, eyes easily get red, and still have yellow mucous I cough up once in a while. The most noticeable of all of these is my lowered energy levels and I feel like I was throwing very small fevers intermittently even when the coughing and everything else went away.

To top it all off 3 days ago my right testicle began swelling. I self diagnosed as orchitis, and it spread to both testicles in a day.

Now I'm very stubborn and it's taken me this long to admit I am sick. I am by no means a hypochondriac but at this point it is clear something is off. I don't really have insurance so I have been just trying to wait till it goes away on its own. I wasn't sexually active for a month before this started happening but could it be Chlamydia?
