Hi,
It makes sense to get your testicle removed if the colour Doppler doesn’t show any blood flow and it’s confirmed that it’s dead. It is not going to have any problems as you have the other testes to compensate for the functions of the dead testicle. Hence, I suggest getting it surgically removed. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.

As long as one healthy testicle remains it should not effect your fertility.

All the best.

Hi, You should be ok with a left orciectomy.

I had my left testicle removed in 2000 as it had become necrotic (dead). The only problem that I have is a low testosterone level. I take monthly testosterone injections, it is not a problem for me.

All the best
