Hi,

You still can do that as long as you do not pop it in anyway. The only thing that need to be watched out is to prevent secondary bacterial infection which requires antibiotic treatment. Washing  it with mild soap and water will do. If any other symptoms will arise, do update us. Take care and regards.

Hi,

This could be  pearly penile papules which are multiple, small (about 1-3mm) papules running around the circumference of the  glans penis.  They may be mistaken for warts, are not infectious and require no treatment. Another differential could be fordyce spots which are  small (1-5mm) bright red or purple papules that can appear on the glans, shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men. They may occur as a solitary lesion, but frequently appear in crops of 50 to 100. They are painless and not itchy, and are abnormally dilated blood vessels, covered by thickened skin.

If it persists and other symptoms arise, it would be best to have this evaluated further by your doctor. Take care and regards.
