Foamy Urine

For the past 10 months my urine color and odor as changed.  I have always urinated allot due to an high intake of fluid.
However early last August I started to urinate 4-5 times before I got to sleep.  Over the cause of the nest two months my urine started to change color.  Next the stream of urine became more forceful, and started to smell.
Now for the past 6-7 months I get constant bubbles/foam when I urinate.
Several urine tests, both dipstix and lab tests have found nothing.  Any Ides

Thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Rapidly urinating and concentrated urine are two common causes of foamy urine. Try to urinate slowly and drink more water than 8 glasses of water everyday.
Persistently foamy urine can be a sign of protein in your urine (proteinuria), which requires further evaluation. Large amounts of protein in urine may indicate a serious kidney problem.

Urinary tract infections (UTIs) and retrograde ejaculation are 2 other possibilities. In men, the most common source of the infection is the prostate gland (prostatitis).
You need to consult a urologist to get all these causes ruled out.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Thank you so much for your reply.  I have had several dipstix tests and lab analysis and nothing as come back out of the norm.  Even if I try to urinate slowly it still bubbles and foams, it also as a different distinct odour.

I drink around 2-3 litres of water daily, and have done for many years now, my urine was always light coloured without foam, even my first of the day was quite light.  Now Most of my urine appears more concentrated than it was, only if I urinate say twice in an hour or less, the second one will be very clear.
I wish my docs would refer me to a Urologist but it is difficult to get referred because my urine tests so far have been clear.

How is Prostatitis  diagnosed?  I have had two D.R.E's and ct scan where they looked at my prostate and said it was ok.
