I just got my PSA test back and here arethe resul;ts:
Total PSA 7.5 out of range high
Free PSA 1.6 In range (normal??)
% Free PSA 21 out of range low
I am a 65 yr old white male with BPH and a prostate size of 2.5 out of 4.
I woulad appreciate any comments

Thanks for the information. My urologist didnt mention it when I had an office visit but I was curious about the scores. I have a large prostate 105 grams and that may skew the readings.

With no more info than that, you should strongly consider ultrasound with or without biopsy.
Based on that limited info, your chance of cancer is about 25% (which means your chance of NOT having it is 75%); high enough for the next step IMO.
