Swollen Uneven Meatus Lips

I noticed that the right side of my meatus was swollen up about 10 months ago after having sex can't remember if it was protected or not. I have not gone to see any doctors and now I'm starting to  think this isn't normal because my meatus lips gradually become larger and the right side is raised up to a small lump now it just looks weird. I am uncircumsized and have been reading online to find some way to make the extra skin that has built up around my meatus go away but don't know what to do.
