Weird lump inside of penis

I have noticed that in the past few weeks, on the right side of my penis near the bottom is a wierd lump. It doesn't hurt at all, and it feels soft and is inside(under) my foreskin. I am uncut and am worrying that maybe something will happen to me(i get panic attacks) so if anyone could clarify whether or not this is dangerous please tell me.

I don't have any urinating problems or anything, but the way this looks, when I stretch the foreskin it can be visibly seen as a bulge. If anyone can help me, thanks.

Hi,

This may be a blocked sweat gland , an enlarged sebaceous gland or hair follicle. In the absence of any redness, swelling and pain, I do not think this requires urgent intervention. Just continue to observe the lump.

Watch out for any changes in its appearance. Take note of its size and character. If there is any redness, swelling and pain then a prompt consult is necessary.

Do you have any other associated pain in urination? Any change in the character of the urine?

Any change in sexual response?

I also must note that when my penis is not erect, it's still there but a LOT less noticeable and very hard to find, almost like it goes away.
