Red spots on the head of penis

I've been worried about this red spots occurring on the head of my penis, It looks like heat rashes.  They're not itchy.
I had a contact with a proti girl before but almost a year passed by already. I'm taking amoxicillinn 500 mg right now and it's already my six days but the spots are still there.  What are these rashes? Is it STD or can you please prescribe me a medicine or ointment for this.

Thanks a lot and GOD BLESS.

Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub with clothes, dermatitis (atopic, contact, allergic),excessive sweating causing sweat dermatitis or balanitis(due to an underlying infection (bacterial and fungal as well as other organisms) .
You may try calamine lotion on the rash. You should also maintain hygiene and try to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting cotton clothing. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. You can also use a barrier cream with zinc oxide paste or a mild steroid cream like dermacort on the rash.
If the symptoms persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted.Kind regards.

Hi, the rash on the penis needs to be seen by a doctor to make an accurate dignaosis. It can be due to many different reasons. It could be Candida but that can itch at times or it could be balanitis, and there are more variations. A doctor needs to see you to make the correct diagnosis. Since you're taking somthing oraly this would indicate that you have been seen by a doctor.

God bless,

Ron
