red puffy meatus

Hi. I need some help. I don't know if I've always had this, but I believe I have.
The tip of my penis (meatus?) is red and puffy. More so closer to the frenulum.
It doesn't hurt or anything, and I have never vaginal or oral sex. It doesn't bother me, it's just very unsightly and I'd like to know if there's anything I can do to get rid of it. It kind of looks like a pair of lips.
Thanks for any help.

Thank you. I really appreciate it. Is the Bacitracin and Lotrimin available over the counter?
Also, I've had this for many years, and it hasn't gotten any better or worse. Would a fungus or bacterial infection do that?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This redness can be due to fungal or bacterial infection or due to continuous rub with the clothes. Please don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.
Hope it helps. Take care and regards.
