Please Help - frequent peeing in daytime

I pee frequently in daytime only - average about once an hour with anything from 75mls to 150 mls coming out. I pee only once at night with urinating about 700mls to 800mls. My urologist told me my prostrate  is fine after doing dre. He has presercibed me dextrousal 4mgs and I have to go back for a cystoposy. Could anyone have suggestion asto what this might be causing this  as bearng in mind it is only during the day.

Thanks.

Thanks Dr Simran.
Other symptoms include slowed and poorer urinary strem and I also notice that my ejactulations are not as strong as they used to be. In addition, there is no burning or related pain ( no blood etc.) I had a scan done on my bladder / kidneys previously and it was fine. All blood tests fine. I am taking medication for an overactive bladder - but I think poor urinary stream and less force with ejactulatons maybe linked ( my urologist seemed to ignore this when I told him). Any advice would br welcome.

Thanks.

Hello kingspan,

What are the other symptoms you have? It must be some urinary tract infection, which is causing irritation at the level of the bladder. Therefore cystitis like symptoms are there. Is there also burning during urination? I suggest you take proper antibiotics to take care of the symptoms in consultation with the urologist.
