scrotal eczema
i have seen problem in my scrotal skin for the past 2 months ..and the scrotal skin pigment is changed, it has alot of itching specially night time ..i met a dermatologist twice he said this is scrotal eczema and he gave me 2 creams and two tablets like difloderm and voizin and also flozex and now most of the itching relieved,but there is erosion of the scrotal skin and the normal pigment .and i'm worrying about this problem nowadays...so that can u give me an advice....i hope u'll.

Scrotal eczema is a sort of dermatitis skin and topical steroids is the best treatment for scrotal eczema. Apart from this, eczema can be exacerbated by dryness of the skin. Use good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin.
If still the symptoms do not improve then get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist.
