Hot flashes

Hey everyone, Im 34, no children, never been pregnant. Regular periods. I'm fairly healthy except for controlled asthma.I had my yearly physical a week ago. A few days later I found out from my lab results that I had low vitamin d. All other labs, like blood sugar, thyroid, and pap- were normal. My Vitamin d level is 17.6ng/ml (normal value 30.0-100.0ng/ml)
I'm taking d3 5,000 iu daily per the MD and I feel worse than ever. Rewind to 10 months ago I had hot flashes only on my head and it was only morning time, face and back of neck. Felt tired and sluggish. Had nausea. Leg cramps. Anxiety. However now I get hot flashes alllllll day, any time of day, at least once an hour. It's awful because I break out in front of customers. When will this end?! When will I see improvement? Any suggestions or ideas are much appreciated! Thanks :/

Best thing huni, go and see your GP,Dr as he will run series of tests to see what it could be. Blood tests can find out alot of things these days. All the Best
