Vitamin D Deficiency recovery time??

I'm recovering from a Vitamin D deficiency. My levels (accordiong to my endo) were 16 (im assuming ng/ml).. I was supplementing with 6-8,000 IU of D3 daily. I was told that my serum levels have gotten up to 70, but unfortunately I'm still exhibiting a lot of the same symptoms.. Brain Fog, Fatigue, LOW T (no libido), proximal muscle fatigue, etc...I'm trying to find out how long it's going to take for me to start feeling better again.. Vitamin D deficiency is a nightmare!

Hi. I would love a comment or a response to this question as well. I am going through the same symptoms as most of you are, with the eyes symptoms being the worst. I am just starting the vitamin D therapy. This is been going on for two years. I would love to know if anyone has had these symptoms resolved, and been able to get a life  hi. I was checked for b12 and I do take magnesium daily. Trying to be patient and hoping nothing else is wrong.

My pain seemed to go from bone, to muscle, and now on to nerve.  I'm 3 months into supplementing with 5000-7000 a day.  Anyone else experience this? Body healing or something more?

Ctee28. Nerve pain can be Vitamin B12 deficiency. You also need magnesium with your D3.

If you're US 70ng/mL is good. Did you stop taking D3?

If you stop, your levels will drop. D3 does not stay in your body. You must supplement for life.

Are you also taking magnesium and Vitamin K2?

Magnesium deficiency has similar symptoms as D deficiency.
