I'm recovering from D deficiency. I recently got tinnitus. My head is better but it still feels 'off'...like yore not here sometimes. Dreamlike I can't get rid of the internal tremors, but they've decreased some. I'm still tired, but I'm able to go for walks.

Were you both also taking magnesium?
I added taurine because I've read it may help with tinnitus and restless legs. It's for heart health.

Do you both continue to take supplements?

UGH!!! I am so glad to see this post, you have no idea how encouraging it is to see that someone else has survived this wretched VDD. I am 5 and 1/2 months into recovery and had and awesome week last week!!!! NOW? I feel like im totally having a set back, i hate it. I started at level 18 at the end of September, and at the end of December it was up to 73! But it has been a road! Thank you for the post!
