We're all your supporters... It's good that you're starting with mini-goals instead of trying to do it all at once... I usually try for 5 lbs at a time and once I lose 5 lbs, I can go for the next 5 lbs. Each small goal is incentive to go for the next one.
Do you have a time frame in mind to reach your ultimate goal of 175 lbs? Have you checked to make sure that's a good weight for you? Do you have weight loss plan in mind?
