Remember muscle weighs more than fat! And also what you are eating will make a difference as well! How tall are you if you don't mind me asking?
The main question is how you feel and look. Ask to yourself do you look better than what u used to look? If yes then great. Scales dont always give you the correct information. Your muscles weigh much more than your fat and actually takes up very small space to fit in. Therefore you would look slim but might weigh more. Google about it
Muscle doesn't really weigh more than fat... a pound is a pound, no matter what it's made of. It's just that the molecules of muscle are packed much tighter than the molecules of fat, so a pound of muscle takes up less space than a pound of fat.
You may be eating the wrong things, or maybe 1600 calories is too many for you to be eating. Did you calculate your actual calories needs, based on your height, weight, age and activity level?
Drink plenty of water as well as lowering calories! Water is magic I swear ;)
Dont feel good about myself to be honest so am trying to get to 85 pounds but it says on scale I am 100 when I was at the start 96 ?
Yeah I typed it all in and it says 1700 caleries sorry wrote the post in wrong :-)
85 pounds doesn't sound healthy. I see a nutritionist and her advice to me was to drink 8 oz water 6 times a day,
60 to 80 grams protein daily. Watch the carbs: no candy, sugar, less flour,.
Increase fruits. Good luck.
