Motivation can be so hard sometimes hey....good luck to us all however we manage to incorperate the much needed exercise :)
I like the wii fit too but everyone is always around and I don't like working out I feel like I'm being watch. I do jazzercise classes during the week and I love it. Now this week I'm trying to get back into the gym.
That's the nice thing about the WiiFit -- it keeps a running tab on progress. Sure do hate when I step on it says "oh, you're overweight".........lol
If I don't mix things up I tend to just drop it all.
Sounds like you have a good mix going on - I walk a fair bit - if it is dry I walk a mile and a half each way on the school run rather than use the car.
But the wii fit has become my stable and monitorable (is that a word?) excerise source.
Yes, the WiiFit is an excellent tool for losing weight. I do have a treadmill and actually really like it -- I put in my ear buds and crank up my MP3 player, which is loaded with my favorite music.
I also love walking in the streets and have been doing that (3-6 miles/day) for the past 3 months, with my "winter neighbor". She's now gone back to her home state and I'm no longer walking every day, because my hubby doesn't think it's safe to do so alone.
I'll be switching between yoga, WiiFit and my treadmill, for the summer.
