Quick sprints with intervals along with high fibre food and greentea with cinnamon powder will ignite your metabolism to your age.Now don't sprint if you got asthma or heart chronics.
Don't despair. Make sure you're eating small meals 6 times a day, go for 80% stomach capacity. Don't ask yourself if you're full, ask if you're still hungry. If you're not then stop.
Try working out safely, of course- Muscle will burn fat and add some tone-age. Cardio will definitely add to the definition and burn fat, but only if your cardio is at an intense level (as determined by age and other factors- consult doctor) for 20 minutes or more. Generally powerwalking for about 30 mins a day will help a lot. Then there's interval training where if you want to jog, sprint, run, walk, that'd be a good example. Do at least 3 reps starting out, and mix it so that you can build up for more intensity. Again, 30 mins should do the trick.
Eat breakfast, sleep early, and green tea (4-6 cups a day).
