Before marriage my weight was 52kg and after six month if became 60kg. . I am a working women. For 9hour <5:30-2:30 PM> I have to seat in front of computer. 1 hour I send on traveling. I go home take rest for some time then I have to prepare food. By the time I finish cooking, time is to finish dinner and sleep. I am not doing any regular exercise. Sunday and Sunday I play tennis for two hour.
I am gaining abnormal weight, my abdomen is coming out. I am not taking any contraceptive piles. Please suggest me some diet plan and good exercise to reduce apses with doesn’t require much time and pre preparation.
