Hello, last year I wanted to lose weight to fit into a certain outfit to attend my son's wedding which was in May. I started in February and because I wanted to lose quickly for a special occasion, I did the diet where you drink a shake or eat a bar, and have one healthy meal a day.
It is not a long term diet, but it worked for me. I lost 17lbs and got into the dress. Not recommended for long term, but really works.
