So I've gained about 15lbs since I got pregnant (this is my first pregnancy). I shouldn't have really gains anything yet, right?.  I feels so huge nothing fits anymore. Any excerises I can do to lose the extra weight that's not from the baby or any other ways (healthy ways) to lose it?. I'm really starting to hate how I look. Please any seggations.

I used the tracy anderson pregnancy project dvds during my pregnancy.  There is a different workout for each month of your pregnancy.  Look for it cheap on ebay!

I'm not sure there is. I gained an exceptional amount of weight even while walking healthy and exercising. My doctor only told me, as long as the n baby is healthy he wasn't worried -_-... Probably not what you want to hear, but just keep eating well for your baby and doing light to moderate exercise. After you've given birth you can worry more about weight loss. I breast fed, so I didn't jump right back into diet and exercise. Trying to run with a chest full of milk and a hungry baby wasn't so easy lol
