Hey there... haven't seen you in a long time. Welcome back and congratulations on that new baby. You've got quite the family there now... :-)
I've finally managed to lose 23 lbs after struggling and losing and gaining the same couple of pounds every week for several years...
I lost mine by cutting back on bread and other processed foods and adding in more veggies and healthy fat like coconut oil, olive oil, avocados, butter, full fat dairy, etc... I haven't done a lot of exercise for the summer, but my "winter neighbor" is back now, and we've started walking again, so I'll be doing that most days of the week (or as much as my feet can tolerate it).

Hi there. Congrats on baby number two! Boy, I know how hard it is to lose weight after baby number two! I felt I needed to lose weight last January for health reasons and have lost 20 pounds. WORK! But I do feel so much better.
What are you doing to lose your weight?
I cut WAY back on sugar and become very mindful of what I ate. And I started exercising 5 days a week. I really like boot camp type of classes or the Insanity series.
