I'm 5.0 tall person and i weight 190lbs and I'm trying to go back to 125lbs but its hard for me because i go to the gym very morning and night and i just lost only 25lbs but i wanna lose more because I'm getting married like next year. And but its really hard for me but i wanna make it a really suppers to my man to be, so i could try to lose it for myself and i really wanna lose it all of it, so i could go back to 125lbs. And I'm only 22 years old but I'm going to be 23 on August 4. And i will take a chance to lose it all.
well then I need help then, I have gotten off of the south beach diet, i lost 25 lbs. I went from being 155lbs. donw to 124lbs. I got off of the south beach because I was sick of eating that way and missed my old ways and now i weigh 132lbs, I am 5'1 and considered overweight for my height, i just wanna go back down to 125lbs again, but my body is saying no!!! I have been working out for 4 weeks 4-5 days a week on taebo, but haven't lost 1lb!! I am 28 years old, I have had everything checked from thyroid to why my metabolism has slowed down. The doctor says I could lose some weight, because I do hvae GERD, chronic gastritis, and esophagitis, all from GERD (gastroesophical reflux disease)I was thinking about taking diet pills, my real goal is to get down to 110 again which i haven't gotten down yet because of having three kids. I am a size 8 but it's getting tight on me, and a size 6 for shorts. this is depressing me because in the past all I had to do was cut out certain foods and volla loose like 5 lbs in a week, but not anymore, now I have to work at it!! Any suggestions????
Thank you!

Reearch shows that a combination of diet and exercise is the best way to lose weight. With diet it is probably worthwhile cutting out fatty fast foods and ensuring you have a balanced diet.
Exercise is an important way of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It is important that exercise is carried out regularly so probably 30mins 5 days a week of continuous exercise such as brisk walking / swimming etc.
Visit www.soyouwanna.com and find the category "how to lose weight". They will give you a very helpful formula on the calories you should be consuming and how much you should exercise. Good luck!
I firmly believe that you can eat ANYTHING you want you just have to do it in moderation and exercise which is where I am having the problem. I did it 4 yrs ago - I lost 20 lbs in like 3 months and I was eating Lazagna, Dairy Queen milkshakes etc. I was just doing it in moderation and dancing to a Richard Simmons video. That is all it takes in my opinion. I did however gain it all back because I hit a plateau and could not get out of it. Don't follow the fad diets out there and watch how much you eat and exercise and you;ll do it. Good Luck
