You should talk to your parents or other trusted adult and enlist their help to make sure you're getting healthy fresh cooked meals and snacks, along with proper portion sizes.
You should also ask your parents to have your doctor check to make sure you don't have any underlying health problems that could be causing or contributing to your weight issue.
Well I Feel You Right Now I'm 17 Years Old & Last Year I Was Not Over Weight. I Was So Active Back then . What I Use To Do Is Exercise Everyday. I Left Soda, Chips, Candy & All That. I Would Only Eat That Like 3times A Month. I Started Drinking Alot Of Water. & I Watched What I Ate. I Left All That Fast Food Restaurants(I Would Eat Fast Food Like Once A Week) & Just Ate What My Mom Cooked. I Would Probably Eat Like 3Times A Day. If You're Tired Or Sleepy Just Go To Sleep & You'll Wake Up Feeling More Energized To Go Run Or Workout At Home. Now This Year I Have Gotten Over Weight Because I Got SO LAZY ! & Started Eating Pizza, Hamburgers Or Whatever & Stopped Working Out. & Now I Regret It & Now I'm Going To Start Doing What I Use To Do Back Then.
I Recommend You Go Too YouTube & Search "Tiffany Rothe Workouts" &/Or "Fitness Blender" & Jogg Like 5 Times A Week Or Everyday If You Would Like. Eat Fruit. Drink Water Watch Out For Greasy Food.
Hi Najeefa
I think that you are doing the right thing by recognizing that you msy have a weight issue. At your age I would recommend that you see a doctor and determine exactly what you can do.
