Intermitten fasting stunt my growth?!

Hi I'm 14 and I want to try intermitten fasting. My eating window is from 12pm to 8pm and I fast for 16 hours. I Skip breakfast but I eat lunch and dinner. I've read up on intermitten fasting and some people say it will actually help with growing taller but some people say it would stunt growth. It doesn't make sense how some people say it could stunt growth because its not like I'm not eating for days or month its only 16 hours and the only meal I skip is breakfast. Does anyone know if this would affect my growth in height?

You  didn't state what time you go to bed or wake up! 16 hours is to long! Lets assume you wake up at 8 am then no food after 8 pm that gives you 12 hours of fasting. that's all you need!
You need a healthy breakfast!! As for growing taller or stunt your growth, You're 14 so you're still growing and you need to eat healthy meals!! The 12 hours of fasting during sleep is all you need.
