Hi, the Military Diet is also known as the three day diet. It's where you eat very specific food and small amounts in order to loose weight quickly. It's a bit of a fad diet but as long as you stick to a normal diet after, you shouldn't put it back on. I have included a link to the website which explains it all. The reason I like it is it's free and the food is so cheap (you probably already have most of it in your cupboard) I'm starting my second round of it today and hope to loose 7lbs.
