New mom
I am a new mom, my daughter is 2months old and i had her via c section, now that i have been cleared by my doctor what are the best exercises to lose the belly fat?
My weight right before delivery was 295lbs I am now 250lbs and want to lose 100lbs more within the next year

I would definitely start slow and build up, maybe walking or yoga, because your body is still trying to bounce back. I had a c-section 4 months ago, and went right into zumba and walking at about 3 months and have had suchhh problems jumping into it too quickly. Good luck!!
