Overeating issue

I have always been a healthy eater and have never had an issue with over eating until recently. I have a major issue when I am around food, I don't like wasting food. But when I see food, I can't stop eating. I would eat on a daily basis until I feel sick and thirsty. Then half an hour later I would eat more. I have been under extreme amounts of pressure lately and don't use food to comfort me at all, its like a drug. Regardless of what my mood is, I would eat anything and I can't stop. If someone can offer advice, I would appreciate it alot. As I have never been overweight until now and it sadens me because I do not want to be a statistic, but its as if my self control has just given up.

If you can't stop eating, but want to lose weight, you can still get to your goal. By making adjustments with your dietary habits, you can can beat your problem and lose weight. What you need to do is use your weakness to your advantage.
Fiber does not get broken down in the stomach when it is consumed. Foods that are high in fiber also have a low energy density. This means they take up a lot of space, but are low in calories. Because high fiber foods take longer to digest, they cause you to feel full longer on fewer calories. Add these foods in your diet to start your weight loss. Base your diet around whole grains, fruits and vegetables, which all have a low energy density. Remember some fruits contain a lot of sugar!

Some  people often cut way back on calories and wait long periods between meals. This can lead to extreme hunger between meals and the  overeating. By eating a small snack between your meals, you will keep your appetite under control. The key is to eat healthy snacks that are high in fiber and just big enough to take the edge off your hunger. This takes practice and discipline. A bowl of fruit salad is an example of a high fiber health snack.

Water will flush your body of toxins. Water is a good substitute for high calorie beverages like soda and sweetened tea. Water can also control your overeating problem. When you drink a tall glass of water with your meals, you fill up your stomach and help to not over eat. Drink a glass of water any time of day that you start feeling hungry. To add flavor, throw in a slice or two of lemon or cucumber.
Don't forget to do aerobic exercise, it allows you to lose weight without drastically reducing your caloric intake. Choose a form that you like and will do on a regular basis like running, biking, elliptical training, stair climbing or step aerobics. Aim for at least 60 minutes of aerobics and work out five or more days a week. If you can't do 60 min. Then exercise in smaller bouts during the day.

Ask your doctor to prescribe you Duromine.

Its an appetite suppressant and a stimulant, It'll have you bouncing off the walls with energy.
I've found going to see doctors who speak english poorly, or are foreigners will give it to you without an issue. Tell them that you've been trying your whole life and feel like giving up you're really miserable ect really play how sad you are that you're overweight and they usually feel bad enough and give it to you for three months.

You want the 30mg not the 15mg as the 15mg one hardly works.
