As an RN, I totally agree with Barb135!! A balanced healthy diet with daily exercise and cut out the soda will help u the most. I switched from soda to tea and dropped 25lbs without even trying! Nothing healthy happens overnight.
You can't believe everything Kloe Kardashian says....... save your money, because most diet aids don't work and if they do, most people gain back the weight as soon as they stop the diet aid. They are also not meant for teenagers, as they can set back the natural development of your body.
IF you are overweight, you didn't get that way overnight, unless you have a medical issue; therefore, you should not expect to be able to lose as much weight as you want overnight.
