I am turning 14, and have a been a big girl for a while now well ever since I was young. I have tried everything special diets, Michelle bridges, I play netball basketball and I do personal training, I play sport or do some kind of exercise every day I am very afraid of my body. I don't eat and eat and eat and I don't eat junk food everyday I always have fruit and homemade wraps salads but nothing is wrong I need some help please?
