Someone please help

I am turning 14, and have a been a big girl for a while now well ever since I was young. I have tried everything special diets, Michelle bridges, I play netball basketball and I do personal training, I play sport or do some kind of exercise every day I am very afraid of my body. I don't eat and eat and eat and I don't eat junk food everyday I always have fruit and homemade wraps salads but nothing is wrong I need some help please?

Puberty can do some good things to your body. Hold on to what you're doing,it'll turn out ok :)

I am 14 as well and here is my advice to you: stop stressing! If your trying to LOSE weight than burn off MORE calories than you consume. But based on what you just posted, it seems like you eat pretty well and are consistently active each day. As long as you do that, maintaining your current weight or losing weight shouldn't be una problema.:-D:-D
