Good Morning and Merry Christmas.
Here we are with another week behind us. I hope everyone has been able to maintain good habits through the hustle and bustle of getting ready for Christmas.
I haven't done too badly, though I must confess that I forgot to weigh this morning. I've had the swelling back in my feet and fingers the past few days and while I'm not sure what the cause is, I know it's had my weight all over the scale this past week, but mostly up. Since the swelling did not go down overnight, as it usually does, I don't doubt that my weight would be up again today.
I've done my best to stay on a proper eating schedule, but it's been a bit difficult. As many of you know, I deal with my elderly aunt on a daily basis, so that sort of keeps my schedule in turmoil. It does look like that may slow down a bit, though, over the coming weeks. We'll see.
I've also done my best to continue walking on a daily basis, though with getting ready for Christmas, I did miss a couple of days - did lots of other "moving" around though, so not sure the walking would have made a huge difference.
Anyway, we had Christmas with Auntie yesterday and won't have Christmas with daughter and family until tomorrow evening, so today promises to busy, cleaning and preparing for tomorrow; but quiet, also, as hubby and I will spend the day with each other.
I hope this finds everyone still on track with weight loss plans or if not, that you can get back on track quickly.
Wishing everyone a wonder week ahead.
Remember: we win by losing.
Merry Christmas to all
