To lose 15kg within 3 months

I do cardio for 30min everyday but my on Sunday . I eat cereal or so time fruit for breakfast , and eat some rice and soup (20kcal) for lunch and chicken breast salad without sauce for dinner. Can this routine help me in getting to my weight target?

I suggest not eating rice everyday. If you have to have rice make sure it's brown rice. Eat more vegetables.
