Thank you for replying. I have tried but it's hard. I like don't eat all morning until my mom gets home up until 3 pm then she cooks we eat. Then to the gym, but right after a good work out j have to go and kill with bad food like sandwiches cup noodles and stuff like that. What's something I can stick to like an everyday meal. I don't like to cook so please maybe you know something simple. I just want my love handle areas to go down as well as my lower stomach
The first rule is that whatever you are eating, eat less. Then cut out junk foods and deserts. If you stick to normal portions of meat, vegetables, starches and fruit, you will lose weight. You won't lose 10 pounds a week, but you will lose steadily and it won't come back. The coming back happens with fad diets. And don't take pills. That messes with your body chemistry. My suggestions are not glamorous and no one would ever pay me for them. But they work.
My whole family is slender. We have healthy meals, never eat junk food, and only occasionally have sweets. It is not that we never eat sweets, just that they are not an integral part of our diet.
