For years I have struggled with weight loss, tried everything. After having my son, I gave up for awhile. My sister in law introduced me to Biotin 5000mcg pills and I trusted her cause she is smaller now then before her son. So I started taking them once a day and I'm starting to notice change. I went from 230lbs to 215lbs in 3 weeks! I feel awesome I have energy and my nails and hair are growing better!!!! yea it boosted it, idk if your looking up the right one mine says helps burn fats and carbs... i got it from gnc its also good for nail and hair grow its pretty much just vitamin b12

i dont sorry, i just have my proof. I haven't changed my diet nor do i exercise yet im down to 209lbs now. Nothing is different except these pills.

I can't find any scientific evidence that biotin aids in weight loss, since it's water soluble and excess that your body can't use, is eliminated through urine.  Do you have a source I can go to, to research this?
