Congratulations on losing the 65 lb !
This is a tremendous achievement.

OK, don't put so much pressure on yourself.
If I asked you to eat an entire lamb, would say that's crazy!
If I asked you to eat one lb of lamb per week and do this for a year, you would consume about 2 whole lambs.

The same approach can be taken when aiming for your quest to lose 80 lb.
Having said this, I don't know, weather it is safe for you to lose all this weight and the other concern is if it is safe and you're able to lose the weight , can it be sustained?
My opinion is to have a consultation with a medical doctor, a nutritionist
and a personal trainer to make sure you rule out any possible health implications both short and long-term, and to formulate a well designed balanced plan which will work for you with the least amount of issues and risk.
Broken down by week, it amounts to about 1.5 lb per week, which is theoretically a safe level of weight loss.
I'm just not sure about the total weight loss target. It sounds aggressive.

If I were you, I would first get medical clearance, and then proceed with the
other consultations as I mentioned above.

Best wishes,
Niko
