Using the food tracker question
How do you use the tracker?  I put in my weight and it didn't tell me the calories I should be eating so I put in 1200 under my weight.  So I added my breakfast and lunch but how do I know where I am in protein etc. reaching the daily goal?

I weigh 200, female aged 65 and should weigh 135.
