20 lbs/8 weeks is 2.5 pounds a week so that does not seem unreasonable. The problem with saying what foods you will eat is that you do not limit it to the amount of the food you eat. Make sure you stick to the portion size so you can control the calories you eat. I eat ice cream, but only 1/2 cup which is about 120 calories. I would use a calculator to find out the calories I need to eat per day if I do not exercise just to stay at my present weight- then use the calculator to determine how many you would cut to lose 2.5 pounds a week. Once you know how much you can put in- stick to that-if you add exercise- you can either eat the same number of calories burned so you stay on track. YOu can also just burn those off, but if you exercise too much and burn a huge number of calories above what you eat, you can have trouble- like feeling weak, getting dizzy, and getting very hungry- That is what I did- I lost 65 pounds in 10 months -6.5 poounds a month or about 1.5 pounds a week-
Actually 5 lbs a week is perfectly safeif you lose it the right way. Healthy diet and exercise. Eat at least 1200calories. Drink LOTS of water and I would drop the orange juice and opt for an orange instead. Way less calories. If you work hard you can lose 20lbs safely in four weeks. Best wishes :)

I think that 5lb a week is a bit too much weight to loose safely. 2/3lb is about right. Vary your diet too, I find that if I make my normal dishes but replace half the meat for veg it works really well. I also keep frozen mash in the fridge so I can weigh exactly what I'm eating. Have some protein with your breakfast, it keeps you full for longer. I wish you the best. Need any receipe give me a should I can slim down any! Meal.
