Hi! I am starting on a regiment of High-dose steroids, antibiotics & Revalid to fight the cancer that has resurfaced. Does anyone know: Is it possible to lose weight or @ the very least not gain weight? Also ... Healthy eating tips would be appreciated. Thanks everyone!
Thanks Amy. I'm serious about tracking what's going into my mouth so that should help, I hope. Can't exercise right now as a vertebra collapsed & I'm waiting to get it fixed. :-( Just need to stay positive & keep on truckin'. :-D
The cancer steroids causes some effects like weight and so on but itis not mandatory that weight gain will happen, it may or may not happen depending upon your body.
