Starving yourself is not the answer. It is very dangerous and can cause long term issues later. Your body needs minerals and vitaminsto function pay just calories and a multivitamin only gives you so much. Please at least take one of these, and get balanced beneficial calories, protein and natural carbs, and guy do need some fat, without it your body can not absorb many vitamins that are essential to your mental and physical health
it isn't really pleasant but I ate only 100 calories a day and sometimes none at all and I work out you'll lose it fast trust me I
I wanna know your tricks I m consuming about 500 calories a day past 4 days... What more to do... I hv to seriously loose about 7 kgs before April.
