What can I do?,

See I'm only 16 years old and I've battled with my weight since I the first grade. I've always said I would start a diet plan but end up failing time and time again. My question is how can I motivate myself and stimulate my mind into pushing myself harder before falling back off track again? Please help me.

I understand you so well.  It is hard you wish someone can help,  I had shine people tell me "I've seen how you eat,  so I can't help you "so I realized that it was up to me,  and gathered as much information fron those people that lost weight and put it into my plan and see what worked for me!  Start by having breakfast light and healthy figure out what you life from healthy lists out there then snack with  vegie bites better if you cut then yourself.which ever you like best.  Drink water that will help you not be too hungry for lunch do the sane before dinner. Say goodbye to sweets and junk food (can have it once in ablue moon) you might not want then later anyways. .start an exercise routine go slow or at your own speed, only you know your body.  Get  the  app "from couch to 5k" it literally gets you off the couch,  if you have a jogging buddy beter if not don't worry,  I'm still doing it alone! I've lost 30 pounds by gathering the best from everyone and making it work for me. .Good luck!  You can do it!  It takes time and desire to do it!  You sound like you ate tired of it like me,  so go for it and be patient there are uos and downs,  just get up and do it again if you fall. .. good luck.

It only takes twelve days for your body to form a routine. So try to stick out for two weeks And your body should naturally stick to that!

Learn to love your body no matter what you weigh, and you'll love yourself enough to want to make it healthier and better. Complete restriction isn't always a good idea either. It makes you crave the foods even more. But instead eat mostly healthy foods with the "unhealthy" foods in moderation :) You can do this, and always remember that you're beautiful NO MATTER WHAT.  Exercise should be fun, not a chore. Also, try to find someone to whom you can be accountable to. Good luck!
