Hello all, I have lost abt 13kg within 3months of dieting. I have changed my diet to include lots of vegetables, fruits and more protein. My problem is that I feel tired and headache especially around the eye. Often I feel like my brain is foggy. I'm 10months post partum and keep busy at home with the baby and house chores. I have started sleeping well at night again. So I'm worried and wondering why I still feel like this every day. I appreciate your response. Thanks.
