Hi Tirza60
Ten kilograms in 2 months might be unsustainable.
Our bodies don't like drastic changes and when they do take place,
it usually..backfires!
Going slowly, eating nutrient dense quality food, drinking plenty of spring water 1 hour away from meals and getting as much physical activity as your schedule and physical condition allow without exceeding 2 hours daily
(key is to ease into any new program), will serve you better.
1000 calories a day may be too low and you may be going into preservation mode, where your metabolism slows down that you burn very few calories, for survival purposes.
Losing weight is not necessarily a math exercise.
Best wishes.
Niko
How dyou know what your set intake is? Cos mine seems to change daily. I'm 70kg hoping to be 60kg within a two month period....even my daily intake is usually negative.
What is your set intake for the day? If you go over your daily intake its going to start going into the negatives.
