Maybe you should talk to your doctor to see if there is something they can do for you - or even if you SHOULD be trying to do certain things. I'd hate to see you damage yourself.
There are exercises you can do other than sit ups.
no i am not overweight i have maybe 15 pound to loose its just i would like to take care of my baby fat and its hard when you cant take care of the lower part even to do yoga somethime they do sit up and lifting my legs together and doing up and down movement i cant. i dont think that im out off shape, like i said i can do hundreds of cruches and do cardio for 1h but its when the lower part is involve i cant
i do have arthroses on my lower back and severe discopathy
maybe is the muscle in my belly that got weak and separated with pregnancy!

Do you have physical limitations that would prevent you from doing sit ups? Maybe you are just out of shape and with some regular exercise, will once again be able to do sit ups. Is there a particular reason for specifically wanting to do sit ups?
