Do you have to do vigorus excersise in order for Flex diet to work???

No, I don't think so....... have you read "The Flex Diet" book? I ordered it and just got it last week, so haven't had time to read it all.
I'm not sure what Dr Beckerman recommends for exercise, but I think, as with any plan, moderate exercise would be called for, but can't see that "over doing" it will be beneficial.
